About the project
When creating the project, we were one of the first in Kazakhstan to use BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which significantly improved the quality of the project and allowed us to avoid many mistakes during the construction phase. In addition, the use of BIM has reduced the time of production work. In addition to this technology, for the first time on the market, the apartment format on the 1st floor - Garden Flat was introduced. The feature of such apartments is that the residents have a separate exit to their terrace and land lot near the house. Also, in the second stage, the facade was modernized - aluminum hinged ventilated panels were used. The substructure of the ventilated facade, as well as the cladding material itself, was tested for seismic resistance at KazNIISA. The tests were carried out at a special ground with an imitation of a real earthquake. Thus, the second stage absorbed the best characteristics of the first, and became its best version.
The construction of the 2nd stage was started in 2015 and successfully completed in 2016. To date, all apartments of the 2nd stage have been sold and occupied.

High Tech Academy school
High Tech Academy is a unique educational project that was the first in Kazakhstan to introduce the American-Finnish Project Based Learning (PBL) method. Students do not memorize a set of facts in each class, but engage in interdisciplinary research group projects based on real problems of our time.
Leikki preschool education center
“Leikki” prep. school is located on the grounds of the HTA school in a specially designed building. The goal of pre-school preparation is to lay a solid foundation for learning through play. LEIKKI preschool students participate in joint projects with the elementary school. This is how we ensure a smoother and faster transition from preschool to primary school.

Compass Express Market is a unique “near home” format of a convenience store that we have developed specially for Koktobe City. Here you will find a balanced range of 3,000 products, friendly around the clock service and a cozy cafe area with Wi Fi service.
Budokan fitness center
Budokan (translated from Japanese as “martial arts hall”) is a sports and arts center at High Tech Academy. There are swimming pool of 25 meters, gym with equipment from TechnoGym, own climbing wall, martial arts hall and group exercise classes. Also here you can attend piano lessons, choir singing and pottery classes.
