Koktobe City is a place where you can spend more time with your family and alone. We build low comfortable houses and place the necessary infrastructure within walking distance. The project is based on 2 main ideas: the historical line of development of Almaty is low-rise buildings designed for a small number of families where everyone knows each other. Modern German architecture - thoughtful and comfortable low houses, underground parking, yards without cars and small playgrounds, rhythmic facades without pretentious elements. The best of the new areas of Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf are collected here. Transport accessibility

Koktobe City is located in the eastern part of the city where traffic is always in the opposite direction of traffic jams
Ecology

Fresh air flow runs down from the Koktobe hills twice a day. The air here is often better than in the areas of the upper part of Almaty, which is confirmed by PM 2.5 sensor data.
Proximity to city center

Our residents get to Tole Bi / Dostyk intersection, to Nurly-Tau business center, Dostyk Plaza shopping center in 5 minutes, to Esentai mall shopping center in 10 minutes, to Mega Alma-Ata and to the airport in 20 minutes.

The windows of Koktobe city unfold an incredible view of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains and Koktobe TV tower, which has long become a symbol of Almaty, proudly rises on a hill.
Seismic resistance

The construction of the houses is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with stiffening diaphragms. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 200 mm thick, external walls are filled with heat blocks.

On the territory, there are Budokan Sports and Arts Center, running and bicycle paths around the complex, outdoor areas and access to Gorky Central park.

Koktobe city is located next to Kompot district, which gave us the idea to call our streets fruity: you can walk along Yablonev Street or watch trees blossom on Cherry Street.

Prefinishing (apartment)

The walls and ceiling are leveled and prepared for final painting. We clarify that interior partitions are not installed. Gas block is installed in the bathrooms. The floors are leveled and prepared for laying flooring.

High Tech Academy school

High Tech Academy is a unique educational project that was the first in Kazakhstan to introduce the American-Finnish Project Based Learning (PBL) method. Students do not memorize a set of facts in each class, but engage in interdisciplinary research group projects based on real problems of our time.

Leikki preschool education center

“Leikki” prep. school is located on the grounds of the HTA school in a specially designed building. The goal of pre-school preparation is to lay a solid foundation for learning through play. LEIKKI preschool students participate in joint projects with the elementary school. This is how we ensure a smoother and faster transition from preschool to primary school.

Compass supermarket

Compass Express Market is a unique “near home” format of a convenience store that we have developed specially for Koktobe City. Here you will find a balanced range of 3,000 products, friendly around the clock service and a cozy cafe area with Wi Fi service.

Budokan fitness center

Budokan (translated from Japanese as “martial arts hall”) is a sports and arts center at High Tech Academy. There are swimming pool of 25 meters, gym with equipment from TechnoGym, own climbing wall, martial arts hall and group exercise classes. Also here you can attend piano lessons, choir singing and pottery classes.
