Koktobe City is the only residential complex in Almaty with its own private school on the territory.
Residents do not have to spend time transporting children. The distance from the farthest house to the High Tech Academy building is more than 500 meters. The road to the school takes 10 minutes maximum. When we finish the construction work, children will be able to go to classes and return on their own. The road will pass through green alleys and quiet courtyards without cars.
The High Tech Academy school was designed by Finnish architects from Parviainen Arkkitehdit Oy @parviainenarchitects. They have been building buildings for schools and kindergartens in Scandinavian countries for 20 years.
School @htacademy_kz and residential complex Koktobe City are projects of Kusto Group holding. The leader and founder of Kusto Yerkin Tatishev @yerkintatishev opened the High Tech Academy in 2017. In May 2022, the first school graduation took place.
HTA works according to the Finnish and American model. Studying is in three languages: English, Kazakh and Russian. Students do not just go through the curriculum, they create projects at the intersection of different disciplines.
